Where can I find 140 ohm 10 watt resistors for biasing my Ampeg with the 7591's?

How about series 5 watt, 68 ohm resistors or parallel 130 & 150 15 watters? Mouser has 'em.

Or you could just use 150ohm resistor, in most cases its' close enough, especially since these amps were designed to run on 117volts ac and now they are getting 125vac in most places.

Thanks guys. Sometimes the answer is right in front of you and you can't see it. Being a relative novice at this doesn't help either. I can order them thru Newark but they have a minimum order of 100 (becaues they have to make them special) and that would be a lifetime supply for me...LOL

Re: Grid stopper question
Here's an article on grid stopper resistors from the Tech Info section at Aiken Amplification. I don't think you'll here much difference between a 1.5K and a 3.3K resistor.
