Marshall Amp Field Guide?
Are there any websites that approach the level of detail on Marshalls that the FAFG does with Fenders?

The marshall site's history is good, but not much on the electronics of each individual model...

Nope not a one! At least I haven't found one in close to 4 years on the net. Actually, Marshall schematics are just now starting to surface.

Hmmmmmm.... Along with the schematics I already have on my http://www.schematicheaven.com website I wonder if I should start a 4th Website...

I wonder if I could get enough contributor pictures to pull off the same format as FAFG?

I can't help but think that while everybody and their brother is hording Fenders, Marshalls remain a pretty good value. How would that change if a MFG went up?

Well, the last time I checked, an original JTM-45 or plexi still commands a pretty monsterous price. So I wouldn't go so far as to say that they're not a part of the "collectible" vintage market.

But I'm looking at the positive aspect of providing what looks like a needed source of info for people that don't just exclusively play Fender Amps.

IMHO, even though there are several other classic amp designs out there from the pre-1985 era. Fender and Marshall are to amps, what Gibson and Fender are to Guitars...
