I talked to Tim at the Mesa/Boogie parts dept. about an hour ago. The number there is (707) 778-6565.  
 
I got all five values of inductors (1 Henry, .39 H, .22 H, .068 H, and .033 H) Boogie uses in their graphic EQ's. Price was $3.50 each. These are cool little shielded, potted inductors (Tim didn't know where Boogie got them from). Tim said that Boogie would sell them to anyone, unless you needed hundreds of them or something. They take credit cards, and can probably arrange other forms of payment if required.  
 
Inductors are hum magnets, so they are best used in later, low-gain amp stages. The feedback loop where you'll probably be using them is ideal.
