Which 4x12 will be "louder" 4-8-or16 ohms?  
I'm running a '67 Plexi into the cab.

If you running a tube amp you must change the impedance switch to match the speaker load, therefore the volume will be the same. If you are talking about an amp without tubes then 4 ohm will be louder than 16 ohm.
