Hi all,  
 
Check out 5977474, Timothy O'Brien has patented  
a panning pedal for continously varying the distorted  
and clean signals.  
In this he calls the presence a "pressure" control

Maybe someone should send him a copy of the Fender Blender schematic. No, wait. We'll just use that in court... *<8-)

Bass Brassmaster. Sounded like crapola but it IS prior art.

I think Russ from Russtech Amps has a patent on this too and it's also called "The Blender".  
Wow. Is there really nothing new under the sun?
