    I'd heard that the Hammond PT's can put out higher voltages than the nominal catalog value. In most cases, we should be happy to get more than we paid for, but if you're trying to keep within the ratings for 6V6 or EL84 tubes it can create some definite problems. Maybe someone can elaborate on this a bit and spell out the voltages we could expect to encounter on the common Hammond PT's.

It's the exchange rate from here to Canada.  
 
The US volt is just worth more right now.  
 
Besides all Hammonds are wound with 115v to 117v in mind.
