I looked through the yellow pages and had a bunch of plastic companies price it for me. They all knew what G10 was but thought I was a bit strange - guess they don't have many individuals coming around looking for it Aaron |

| Nate S. | I get it at work from plastic suppliers in 2x4 sheets. I've never seen it bigger. |

I buy it in 36"x48" sheets. What size and thickness are you looking for? How many and all that rot. Bruce |

Debating on 3/16 or 1/8, probably going to the 3/16". Looking for a backup plan if my board mfr falls thru, or doesnt give me a good enough price. I'd liek to be able to knock out a few myself to get a better feel for the time involved etc, that way i can better judge their prices. Plus for prototyping it would be cool, then when i settle on a design, get them mass produced... ok i'm rambling here *laugh* Do you get the red g-10 from McMaster like someone recommended, or you get it elsewhere? the red stuff looks damn cool! kinda like a circuit board-o-bondo *laugh* |

I use the 1/8th inch stuff....plenty rigid. You should have seen the looks I got from my palstics supplier when I asked for a price quote on 3/16th" Linen grade phenolic plastic sheets!....WHEW!!! They really thought that was weird! They gave me the quote though. I'm switching from G10 to phenolic as soon as I use my inventory up. Peter |
