Yes, but if you only heat it to 200 F there will be hardly any expansion at all, not enough to get the lams stuck inside the bobbin. But the heat should still soften the lacquer or paint that is probably sticking them together. I've never tried it but it sounds reasonable.

You can't heat it much more than this, or the enamel on the windings will start to melt.
