Troy	Seeking Amp Design Opinions Hey All, I just came across a Hammond 1627 single-ended OT that has a 2K5 primary (160ma) with 4,8,and 16 taps. This thing is huge and I'm looking for opinions on what to build with it. I'm leaning toward either a single-ended EL34 output stage or 2 EL34's in parallel single-ended. I'm not sure about pre-amp topology; maybe plexi style. Any ideas or opinions?? Troy
