Ever put all your stomp boxes into one project case??
I have several boxes I'd like to condense into one larger case...

I would like to do away with the patch cords if possible, and wire all the IN's and OUT's together as the signal would flow...

I want to use a Voodoo Lab Pedal Power for the power supply...

I have six distortions, a compressor, a boost, and an A/B box...everything is 9v..Pedal Power does 9v ...

any conciderations for wiring...

drill holes in project box for the pots...all my pedlas have the pots soldered to the circuit boards...I would like to extend the switches away from the circuit boards...can I add to that wire without problems??

any advice is nice...

I recently put my 5 best effects into a single pedal box (modified Doctor Q, Fuzz Face, Octaver, Ring Modulator, & modified MXR Distortion+). It works quite nicely...I use 5 seperate power supplies sharing a common ground but independent positive legs...It's a tight and messy suqeeze, but it works...If you twist the different jumper wires tightly together, you chouldn't have too many problems...Just make sure you get the positions of all the drill holes right the first time (trust me on that one...)...I know most of that is common sense, but I have built a multieffects box too, so I figured I'd share the experience...Hope it was of some help.

I did it too. I put four effects (sonic distortion, fat gnat, MXR distortion and a tremolo + bypass) into an old zipdrive-box - I have to confess that the design isn't the best, but the sound and handling is very nice an comfortable. See the link.

I didn't see any footswitches. How do you bypass any of the effects?

BTW, I'm about to make a mouser order, I'm going to try to build the booster 2 and booster 2.5 and put both into one enclosure, with two footswitches, one to switch between each one, and one to bypass the effect completely. Which box? 1590DD?

Oh, my footswitches are switches which you can find in cassettrecorders or older videosystems. They are really cheap, but they are normally not for using as a footswitch so, I had to put a knob onto them. The four knobs in the front are the footswitches. I know it's hard to see, because the other knobs look like my footswitches, but I didn't found better ones at the moment.
