Building a small clone I resently gained access to some sad1024a delay chips and was thinking about building a small clone. I purchased a schematic but then learned that there was a mistake in one of the component values.I wanted to know is if anyone knew what the problem was and how to fix it? Thanks |

I have a schematic for the re-issue which I went through with the vintage schematic and corrected. I suppose you could just swap the MN for the SA and see what happens. My scanner is currently down, but when it is functioning, I can send it to you. Drop me a line sometime. |

Whoa!! That's one expensive and rare chip to act impulsively with. The SAD and MN may well possess the same number of stages, so they are *functionally interchangeable* but they are NOT *electronically* interchangeable. What until the schematic arrives. |
