Pete	can anyone believe the price of this thing???   It's a 1 transistor treble booster for gods sake! And the quality of the case - well they went all out on that one! Probably got perf board inside it too. I might just have to put in a rediculous bid myself!

Looks like they need to add a "music electronics" category for the "disturbing auctions" site:     http://www.disturbingauctions.com/index.pl     This site has all kinds of goofy stuff dredged from Ebay. Of course, we would be the only ones who would understand the humor.     Reminds of the time I was in a guitar shop and overheard this guy chatting about how he "should've bought the tube screamer for $400" (like that was a good deal or something...). I was so tempted to tell him, "Hey! I'll build you one for $200!!!"...     I mean, how ripe of a market is this? I can't believe I'm saying this, but, maybe we should scan in some EVH or Brian May sigs on toner transfer paper and start churning this stuff out! Just kidding...relax...     Doug

Yes, there is a butt for every seat and I'm one of those that will actually buy things like black velvet paintings and "angel snot"(the gift of precious fluids from heaven's messengers). Anybody got a line on a Jeffrey Dahmer "slay-set" with the little plastic garbage can?   I can just see replies now:   "This forum is for FX only" and "Sure, Cannibalism is funny.....until it happens to someone you KNOW!"   My favorite auction was the guy who was auctioning off his USED "but still good" guitar strings! Started at only $1 each.....the funny/horrific thing was, people BID on them!
