20 Commandments of FX Building Maybe I'm a little slow here, I see it's been posted for a week now. And maybe I ought to know better than to start another thread that has ANYTHING to do with AMZ, but... I just saw this "editorial" and I don't want anyone else here to miss it. Absolutely magnificent! http://www.muzique.com/editor.htm I agree 100% with all 20 commandments! Great stuff, although nothing mind boggling for most of us.

Well he did forget the most important commandment : - Holding your fuzz-face together with rubber bands instead of screws makes it sound better ! Just ask Eric Johnson

I missed that E.J. article, tho' I've seen references- Does anybody know if he mentioned what kind of rubber bands? I've been using latex, but I've been wondering about natural rubber. Then I thought about cutting some from a bicycle tire, but I couldn't decide what brand of bicycle. Also, does he wrap his around twice? I've been doing that, but I'm worried I'm losing sustain....
