ques. about KS 69 note below i read that the lazyfinger schem had a problem and the 220k resistor is supposed to be 220R. i did a mouser search and came up w/ this: MEC VITREOUS ENAMELED POWER RESISTOR C7 220R J is this what your talking about, just want to make sure im clear on what that is. ive never heard of a resistor w/ R for value. thanks! rich |

When an "R" is used, as in "220R", it generally means "ohms", as in a two hundred and twenty ohm resistor (220 ohms). So you can get by with any 1/4 watt, 5% carbon film resistor that is 220 ohms. |

Redundant post Oops, I wasn't intentionally duplicating Cole's reply. It obviously appeared while I was writing mine... 1/4W would be fine, I prefer 1/2W because they're easier to read (getting old). |
