anyone know where to get the 2.1mm jacks for power? looking for the low profile 2.1mm jacks that are on pedals for plugging in power from a power supply. im looking for the ones, like on my fulltone pedals, that the nut screws from the inside of the chassis and is low profile on the outside. i checked the mouser cataloge and it looks like they just have the ones that screw in from the outside and stick out too much for me. could be wrong though, its hard to tell from the pictures. anyone know?   thanks,   daver

JD Sleep	Daver,     Radio Shack Part number 274-1582. It looks to me like Mouser part # 164-4025 is what you're looking for too. I use a regular old groumet from the hardware store to isolate it and it works/looks great. Groumet size is three-eights inch inside diameter, one-half inch outside diameter. Sorry, I just realized you PROBABLY want a jack with the built in switch for auto-switchover from battary to DC plug. In that case, I don't know of any source either. I have used one of the "outside threaded" ones inside a groumet that I mentioned above. It fits inside the groumet tightly with the nut screwed on and I secured it from inside the box with hot glue. Probably not what you had in mind, but I think it looks good.     JD

looked for those part numbers and both came up neg. i tried searching for both part #'s at mouser and radio shack to see what you were talking about and they came up w/ nothing. and yeah, i want to be able to switch from using plugs to batteries if i need to take the pedal out of my pedal board. the fulltone pedals are exactly what i want, if youve seen those. I think other pedals like the voodoo labs, way huge, etc, use the same ones. they're black plastic and have a copper washer on the outside, and a nut that screws in on the inside. anyone know? thanks for your help JD
