Rat I'm not sure if I got the schematic from the links on AMZ pages or here, but I built a basic Rat fuzz tone and love the way it sounds. I used surfaced mount componets and made the circuit board the size of a quarter. I'm having a problem though with a oscillation when I turn up the drive and/or tone control. I rechecked all the connections and can't seem to find a solution. The oscillation goes away when I use the Rat going in and out to a effect sends on a piece of rack equipment, in other words it only oscillates when the guitar is plugged directly into the Rat. Thanks for any help! and you thought I was dead! |
