 few questions about distortion I opened
Well I just wanted to ask about this thing  
thatīs bugging me a little, itīs about a  
distortion pedal I opened(Nobelīs distortion,  
bright yellow `Bossī-like box)up and I think  
itīs quite complicated for me to reverse-engineer.  
The thing is that it has total of seven semi-  
conductors which are marked and numbered, but I  
canīt find any info on them.  
The markings are as follows;  
 
K 5J K 6L C264D  
K117 K30A PH54  
GR Y  
 
 
So here was three different types, written as  
they were in themselves.  
 
Question: are these FETīs? Three of them are  
wired as FET switches are(like in tube screamer)  
with gate tied to anode of diode and so on..  
What are these??

From left to right,  
 
2SK117, a JFET;  
2SK30A, a JFET  
2SC264D, a bipolar  
 
All Japanese type numbers.

Thanks, arenīt these some sort of usual FETīs?
