Re: Rangemaster Please send the pdf...thanks a lot!!!I haven't had a chance to increase the 68K yet...if it doesn't work...I bet the thing is cookedI built a Lava Rim 2 last week and it fired right a way...excellent box!This is such a simple circuit I am pretty frustrated...sound like I am encountering the fragility and differences of Germanium components.Can I use a NTE 102?....I am kind of afraid to! Costs about $8.00 each and although I live right by parts express...it could get costly!!Thanks again!! |

Well, I'll say it again.. Ive got a bunch of NOS Ge NPN 15-A's for 50 cents ea. They should work just fine. 8 bucks for a 102! Bend over! |

With the help of my new multimeter (thanks Aron1) I have determined that both of my Nte 158 are FRIED!!!!!doh!!! That explains it |
