Anyone ever heard of George Dennis?

Peter S	Anyone ever heard of George Dennis? I don't normally use effects pedals anymore so I don't know much about them. I've got a Fender ouboard reverb unit, a THD Hot Plated, a Rat and a Cry Baby. I recently aquired this Distortion/Volume Pedal called "The tube" by George Dennis and I was wondering if anyone has any input on this unit. It does have quite a variety of sounds. Peter S

paul perry	George Dennis pedals come in a really huge number of types & colors, and they are well made too. The rocker pedals are optical, so ther is no pot to wear out. I dont know what they cost in USA but here in Australia they are bargains because they come from Czechoslovakia (I think).

Peter S	Paul, Yes this pedal is from Czechoslovakia and it's magenta with optical volume pedal, bass, mid, treble controls, gain and output level. It lists for $200.00 US, but I got it for about half that. Peter S

Zouto	Paul, I use a GD switch/wah/vol pedal for several years it's great sounding and absolutely reliable due to its opto-electronics(no pot hassles at all). Zouto

paul perry	Pete, there is a distributor here in Australia. I'll check & find who. The Music Swop Shop in Melbourne had a bunch on special once ($99Aust!!!) which went in a flash. That $US200 figure is just WAY XTREME!I think $A 150 is more like it.
