 Shin-Ei Wah Pedal Help!!
I have an old Shin Ei Wah pedal and disconnected pcb. Does anyone have one of these? Can anyone help me hook it up? I can email pics of the insides of mine to make sure its the same model. Thanks.

Use a crybaby schematic or one of the twin tee schematics(colorsound wha) on the web. FWIW I just worked on two colorsound whas. One from 76 was a crybaby looking one TFC (mylar)and stacked film mylar caps, the newer RI is a one tran twin tee, I like the twin tee one.

if you haven't seen them , i have 3 scans to do with the pedal , on my site at this page :

One is the circuit diagram from inside the bottom plate . Have you looked to see if yours has one too ? If you want , e-mail some pics of the board and i'll check it against mine to make sure it's close .

Thanks Greg! That looks like the one. If I have trouble hooking it up I'll contact you and send you a pic. Don't suppose you've got a photo showing how it's hooked up in the pedal that I could refer to?

I'll try to do a scan of the guts this weekend and e-mail when it's up .
