Got another opinion on a fix for this myself Regarding the loss in volume of my "J" Series Small Stone when it is engaged......Here's the reply from another pedal fixing guru.....     "If you want to try bringing up the internal gain of your Issue J Small   Stone, find the 9.1K resistor that goes from the collector of a PNP   transistor (probably a 2N5087), to the emitter of an NPN (2N5088) and   a 4.7K resistor. Try increasing the 9.1K resistor to 13K; this will   give you between 2 and 3db more gain".     Hope this helps us all out? John S.

Ian Anderson	Thanks to everyone who's contributed to this thread - I'll let you know how the mod goes when I have time.     I must say though that I have no problems with mine when the effect is switched off as I modded mine for true bypass when I first got it a couple of years ago - would those 3PDT f/switches fit in there?     ... Ian
