Re: Must have Pedals for a Marshall?????
I assume they're not secret, as Trace emailed them to me, but work very well (deep with adjustable Q). A big improvement to the current Dunlop item. Ask him! (Or I can email them to you if Trace doesn't mind)

Work very well indeed. Ges more of the 'vintage vox' tone than the reissues do out of the box.

I believe in sharing the knowledge. I've email them to about 50 people or more so far! (ha, ha) I like what the mods do and I came up with them because my gig-bag got stolen at a gig in NYC and my old Vox was in there!! (ughhh) All I was left with was a re-issue Vox and a newer Crybaby which if course is just not the same! (ha, ha)

I tried to come up with mods for the Re-issue Vox's and Crybaby's where you could use either a Strat or a Les Paul style guitar and it would sound good for both guitars. Of course you can tweak a wah for a specific guitar if you are a player who only uses Strats let's say. I came up with the mods so the wahs would be versatile, that's all.

The mods really sound great... very vocal sounding, plus I didnt need to find one of the mojo-laden Fasel inductors.

I have yet to hear a wah with a Fasel inductor that sounded good. The early stack-o-dimes or trashcan inductor are the happening ones. The Halo inductors could be good or terrible depending on the core material used. Apparently they used two different cores on those. One sucks, the other doesn't.
