Hi

That's kind of like asking a bunch of little kids, "Wkat's your favorite color?" You might get no answers or a LOT of 'em... Personally, I like the sound of Voodoo Labs' analog chorus. It just has this really lush chorus sound, but it's not the most controllable and it's a noisy pedal. But it's the sound I like. There's been some discussion of Fulltone's choralflange, and it does sound great, but it's pretty pricey. Vintage? Roland/BOSS CE-1 is pretty much the standard, but hard to come by. You can probably find CE-2s a lot easier.

I second what Hi says, you could also look out for the Boss CE-3 and Super Chorus which are both stereo. Also the Ibanez Chorus pedals are pretty good too, epscially the CS-9,cant remember if it's stereo or not.Never really heard the newer DOD chorus pedals,so I cant comment on them, but I've got a couple of vintage DOD choruses and IMO they are not as good as the Boss/Ibanez ones.

If you like a kind of trashy chorus and are poor the Arion pedal should be a consideration - it has a CERTAIN charm.

yes i can vouch for the ibanez CS9 as well as the potato bug CS5. All of them sound equally good. The EH small clone sounds pretty decent but not as 'thick as both the Ibanez's.

In what's left of my mind, there are two types
of chorus pedal. The tc I have is 20-20kHz and is
exceptional at what it does. The original Boss
CE-1 has a rolled-off high end. (The Voodoo Labs
Chorus takes after the CE-1 design.) If you want
the Toto tone from 1978, that's the CE-1. FWIW,
I had a Boss CE-3 years ago and hated it because
it seemed to have a shrill high-end, whereas
the earlier CE-2 is used by a lot of pros and is
essentially a compact CE-1.
