I've dealt with both Electrosonic and Active for over 20 years, but have become reticent about dealing with them, largely because of the surprise pricing element with Electrosonic, and the rather meagre stock at my local Active outlet (e.g., big blank spaces on the wall where standard resistor values ought to be). You've encouraged me to give them the old e-commerce try. I found they can also order the SSM2166 for Jack's Q&D compressor. I may follow up on the Holtek stuff but a $5 tab for an HT8955 is pretty hard to beat. |
