Data Sheets for an RCA 2N410 transistor
I found about 100 RCA 2N410 transistors and I cannot find any data on them. I suspect they are Ge devices but I would like to know typical gain specs and min/max voltage levels. Does anyone have an old RCA data book or know where I can get the data on the net?

Thanks,
CJ

PNP Germanium, Vcemax=9V(!) Icmax= 15ma (!) Pmax 80mw (!)
Hfe typically 48.

Ugh! Sorry.

My 1964 "Datadex" says PNP germanium I.F. transistor, Vce max=-13V, ft=6.8 MHz (fairly fast for an oldie),Ic max=15 mA, hfe=45, TO-1 case, ebc pinout. Probably the actual RCA specs would be a more reliable guide.

The RCA 1966 transistor manual agres with Mike's data.
Was intended for 455kc IF amps.
