warning -- John Goff / Way Out Sound alert Well, after dozens of successful purchases over ebay, I finally got bitten on a Boss pedal purchase by this guy in San Diego. Apparently others have also gotten ripped off by this guy whose phone is now disconnected and only gave a PO box for an address. http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=179109434 |

You bid $61 US on that thing? A guy I know bought one off a friend for $50 CDN. I'll have to tell him that he got a good deal, hehe |

I did a little research, they seem to go for $US 55-$70 or so, so your friend did get a good deal. They're not made anymore. |

speaking of Super Distortion/Feedbackers I have one and I have the schematic from Boss (which I've yet to post on the web). I would love to know if anyone out there knows a way to mod this pedal to increase the depth on the LFO on the synthesized feedback note. I heard Adam Franklin of Swervedriver use a "broken" DF-2 that made this great whooping sound and I'd like to replicate it. |

| Mark Hammer | Same possession, same schematic. No idea. What do you mean by "depth"? |

What I mean is that from what I can tell, the "feedback" note is a synthesized note that has a bit of vibrato on it. What I would like to do is make that vibrato very wide, so the effect sounds more like a whooping siren at a very fast rate. |
