Dave James	Danelectro Daddy-O Schematic Hi All, Does anyone have a schematic for the Danelectro Daddy-O distortion pedal? Mine is a bit "hissy" and want to tackle the noise. Thanks, Dave James

Gus	put a 10K resistor in series with the clipping diodes. I replaced mine with 1n4148's. My daddy o uses a tl072 and is not noise the hiss IMHO is from the led clippers.

Dave James	Thanks Gus, I take it, then, that the noise level (hiss) was reduced when you inserted the 10k and/or replaced the LEDs with 1N4148s? Later, Dave James

Gus	It was not the "noise" but the LED buzz that I don't like sound like hiss to me. However LEDs are bad in the feedback loop type dist.
