Chorus Pedals Hi again, I am looking for any chorus pedals schematics.I have been told that the T.C. Chorus pedal is concerned to the best one out there, what is your opinion????? |

DIY-ing a chorus is mighty tough. I am guessing you want the schems for that? The trouble and cost involved in building a good chorus often is not outweighed by the results. I'd only do it if you A) want to learn about a chorus' (and such)construction and/or B) really want a certain pedal that is vintage, rare, impossible to find etc. Otherwise, buy something secondhand, or new. Easier, and maybe even cheaper too. |

I agree with Mike. The only chorus pedal I'd bother to build is the TC Electronic since they're out of production and can't be found at a reasonable s/h price. The problem is you never see any TC Electronic schematics. |

I have a bunch of chorus pedals, including the TC, A Boss CE-2, and a Roland Chorus Echo with the CE-1 circuit in it. I think the TC is amazing, but a little cold sounding, compared to the CE-1 circuit. I personally gig with the old Boss Bass Chorus for my guitar actually. As far as building one, there are a few schems on the web, including the CE-1 on Justin Philpott's site. You can also find an analog delay schem, like Craig Anderton's Chorus Delay project and try that, but you will find that after spending $200 in parts, and countless hours assembling you will wish you just bought a DOD for crying out loud.
