JRC4558DD = JRC4558?
Is the JRC4558DD chip the same as the fabled JRC4558 chip?

Thanks.

There was a thread a long time ago about the differences between the JRC4558 and the JRC4558D. There was a discussion about the DV's DD's but it seemed like no one had tried them.

The extra "D" indicates a low noise version.

The second 'D' means that it has been selected to have a Max noise spec of 1.8uV. The standard JRC4558's don't have a MAX spec, just a 'TYP'.
