Re: Boss DM-3 making odd overtones They were introduced at summer NAMM. Not sure if they're replacing the soundtanks, but the prices are pretty reasonable - the list on the delay is $140 or so. Metal casings, 'lockable' knobs (they can be pushed down into the case so they can't accidentally be turned) - did I mention the series is called 'Tone Loks'? There's the delay (two modes, vintage and modern), flange/chorus, a fuzz, a couple distortions, another tubescreamer... not sure what else - it's on the Harmony Central page, do a search for Ibanez 707 pedals. Most pedals have 4 controls, maybe some additional mini slider switches for selecting modes. If their delay sounds as good as the Echomachine, but with added controls, I'll be a happy man. Frank |

| Gus | I would try changing the p/s decoupling cap the unit is a few old the caps might be bad. FWIW this is sometimes a fix for small stone ticking problems. |
