My Frostwave boxes use 16 to 18v AC input, to make it easy to get +-15 internally. Jameco have a suitable plugpack, also it is pretty easy to find plugpacks like this for door bell and burglar alarm systems, though these last usually have screw terminals on the output so you have to make your own cord ending in a 2.1mm plug.  
Or, if asked, I can supply a US 18v wart (until stock runs out) at $15 extra.
