Re: Soft clipping, CMOS and the Muff while looking at changing the input resistor to vary how hard the diodes are driven into clipping, you can introduce another variable into the witches brew of nonlinearity by using a single or back to back pair of diodes in place of, or in series or parallel with the input resistor! cheap, and possibly fruitful, source of experimentation |
