Help in ID of an IC in 16 sec delay
I am working on an EH 16 sec delay and I need info on the part no. on an IC. If you look at the schem from Jamie Heilman's or DMZ collection, there are 2 IC's IC7 and IC8 that are unknown. The input to these two IC's are at pin 8 and output at pin 2. Supply voltage is +10vdc at pin 5 and -10vdc at pins1 and 6. I get my signal at pin 8 and all voltages and FCK clock signals are present. Just the output is railed high and I lose the signal there.
I have tried swapping the 2 IC's IC7 and IC8. I do know that the part is a Philips part by the abbrev. on the underside of the chip. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: mystery chip
I don't know exactly what it is either, but from its placement in the circuit my best guess is that its some kind of clock-driven lowpass filter, probably with a fairly steep cutoff slope.

Steve,
You are correct. I found out that it is a switched capacitor 7th order low pass filter made by Reticon p/n RF5609A. And you guessed it, there are none to be found. Anyway, thanks for the reply and if you find some of these IC's, please let me know.
