need help w/twin reverb no reverb  
tried another rev.pan nothing  
tried replacing the 2 reverb tubes.  
i can rock the amp back and forth  
and hear the reverb 'crashing'  
i have no voltage on pin 1 of  
the reverb drive tube.[3rd pre.tube]  
and no voltage at pin 6 of the tube and  
blue lead of rev.trans.  
have 400 volts on other side of rev. trans.  
[red lead]

Since you hear the reverb when you rock the tank, the return circuit and possibly the tank is ok. No voltage on the drive tube plate would indicate the rev drive xfmr is open--at least on the primary side. You might try replacing the rev drive xfmr first. That may be all you need.
