 Reverb driver & recovery design?
Does anyone have experiences about different solid state reverb drivers? I have seen a couple of designs using 2-3 opamps in parallel to drive the reverb and some uses a discrete transistor. Any opinions on this matter?  
 
Then there's the recovery side, should I stick to a simple opamp there? Someone said that would make it noisy and suggested the use of a transistor instead. Wouldn't a low noise opamp be a better choice??  
 
I've never built a reverb before and it would help a lot to get some input on this. I'm going to use a "standard" 3-spring box.
