DITTO regarding the exhorbitant cost of  
patent infringement litigation! As some  
of you may recall, my company (Kodak) spent  
a little (as in MILLIONS!) on the Polaroid case.

Ahhh yes Poloroid vs EK. I remember it well. I happened to be in the photo retail busines at that time. I remember those "E" surface prints.... That whole episode should be required reading at both marketing AND patent law schools.
