Assuming the same number of turns (and coil geometry), a tighter coil will be a smaller (narrower) coil that wouldn't see as long a segment of the string and would therefore pick up less lows and low mids, so just  
 
But I would also think higher tension to the same number of turns (and same coil geometry again) would result in LOWER DC resistance because the total length of wire is shorter -- unless you're saying the higher tension is causing the wire to stretch a little bit, which would make for higher resistance.
