We have to be careful with statements like "turns equals output". Even if we put aside magnet strength for a moment, there are other considerations. If I may use a gross example: imagine winding wire on a bobbin. You keep winding and winding. The "count" increases and the DCR increases, but eventually, your winds extend beyond the magnetic field. The output will now start to drop off. The winds-to-magnet-strength ratio is a bell curve. Output, like resonance, is a balancing act.
