Amit, any compression you are going to get is going to come from saturating either the coil or the field somehow. It's going to be a bit like tape compression on an analogue recording deck. I don't know enough about pickups to tell you how to get there but i wouldn't mind finding out myself. You are likely to hit the saturation point sooner on the low notes since that's where most of the energy happens to be. Cheap console mic input transformers often suffered from core saturation on the low end which is why most boards switched to solid state impedance matching. If you could use the core saturation principle in your pickup design then i think you'd be closer.
