Drat...no trace of z-coils on ebay to acquire, so I guess I'll try a more straight ahead fender/p90 SC hybrid cloaked in a p90 housing. Hopefully no MF issues @ the d and g strings. I suppose I'll have fun dialing in the bar mag size per balanced o/p. Yep, I sure like the way a p90 compresses the unwound strings compared to the rods. I believe a less robust version of what I've done will be viable. After all, I can go from Fendery to something like a p90/HB hybrid. I just may need a 4th axe. I gotta' stop. Why is it that I need more gtrs. to figure out how I want one guitar be?
