Artie | Re: winding machine wish list I wonder if it would work to use a casting reel, (as in "fishing"), which already has the back-and-forth guide/winder/wire-guide action built in. Attach a small RC race car motor to where the handle is, then by altering the gear ratio, between "reel" motor, and bobbin motor, you'ld automatically get uniform winding, or scatter winding. Just a thought.
