Is this attributed to greedy oil mongers under Bush?s protective arm or is the hi gas price valid for another good reason? That?s my question.  
 
Not a lot of folks can afford $2.00 a gallon much less pay $4.00 a gallon when you don't earn much money and have a family to feed and raise.
