However, a person has a choice to eat right (or not), terror victims do not have a choice, other than not ever leaving their home (and I would include mugging, assault, murder, as terrorism). An individial can beat stats like disease by being aware of nutrition, excersize well, etc. And sure, I don't like footing the bill (high insurance/medical costs) for self imposed medical conditions, but I would rather pay for "Fatty Patty's" bypass than be blown up at work (or wherever).
