I find it hard to believe that an american would be so damn ignorant to think that this is not in violation of our 4th amendment. I spent time in the militarty...I spent time over in the Persian Gulf, I did it to fight for the freedoms and rights that I was promised by my forefathers. People have died to protect these and now our own government (the one we risk our lives to defend) is taking them.
