Steve,I agree with you on people pissing money away.Maybe I'm just used to the sales tax in Texas but as a single working dad raising two kids I feel like I at least have a choice with the sales tax.I'm not proud of this but I can squeeze a dollar to death,it's because I'm on a tight budget.Things like homes,cars and TV sets are 20 yrs olds when I replace them.If a customer doesn't pay me I sue them myself and collect the money and I have a 100% collection rate.My biggest gripe is that we're nickled and dimed to death on other things like plates for your car,etc.I think the main problem is that the people we give tax money to just won't manage it right and I think they piss most of it away.
