If it's a hot summer day, and my chain smoking neighbor (below me in an apartment) also has his window open, I'm now in hell. Sure he has a right to smoke, but why should I have t breath in this shit? If you guys like the smoke so much, close your windows so you get even more smoke. Hell, breath in and out of a paper bag after taking a drag to maximize the effect. This is why it is much easier to target (and rightly so) smokers over other self inflicted vices.
