I must say Peavey is one of the best companies I have ever delt with. I got personalized service and everything was 'FREE'! Turns out my amp is a 'Classic 75' built in 3/75. It has a transistor based pre-amp and tube power amp. No IC's on the board. I'm going though and testing all the trasistors and electrolytic caps.
