Gibson Les Paul shielding

Tom
Gibson Les Paul shielding
I bought a Gibson les paul studio 93 model trying it only on the small distortion and everithink was ok, so i took it. But after i pluged it to my Mesa Boogie studio preamp on quite hight distortion setings i heard lots of hum. On clean chanel it is ok - no noise. I think it could be a kind of shielding problem, could somebody help me? I didīt have any gibson before, but suppose that this pickups shouldnīt hum like this. I have there 490T,498R and everithink seems original, but donīt know. The sound i can compare to a singl coil hum. when i tried it with my older handmade guitar it was ok. There is maybe some older wire or pot which does it..

Thanks for your tips!

Ps: If someone has a wiring and SHIELDING plan of Gibson Les Paul, please mail it. Thanks
