| Chris | researching amp several years ago while I was in the vintage bussiness, my bussiness partner and I came across a Lang Guitar amplifier. It was the coolest thang so I got it for myself. It was manufactured in Waltam MA and must be 1950s era, as it had a patent pending in Cuba amonst other countries. I have never hear of one before or since, nor met anyone who a has ever heard of it. I have it back in the attick of my parents house and haven't seen it in years...but here's the best description I can recall. It has a white face...maybe a plastic or painted metal...black tolex....3 speakers facing different directions....I think they may have been 6"....the coolest thing is that it had a glass rod as a handle that lit up when the amp was powered....very art deco....anyhow I would appreciate any info or direction to resourses...I've found nothing via google or yahoo searches... thanks |
