Keith	Different solution I re-read your posts and got to thinking about it and decided to take a different approach. I pried the field coil off the old wrecked speaker and I'm using it as the choke. I fits perfectly alongside the chassis in the cab, and works like a charm. I figured this would preserve the sound of the amp more faithfully than some re-design that I came up with, and the Inductance and resistance are obviously correct. Even though the speaker was totally unusable, I still felt like a criminal prying it apart. thanks again, everyone Keith
